Понравилось: The staff was very nice. Не понравилось: The adult beverages were bad. The canned beers were not cold. The mixed drinks had little to no alcohol. We ordered extra shots to add to drinks which were watered down. We believe all alcohol was watered down and put into bottles. Also, 90 minute wait for room service. AC did not cool the room. We were told by the staff that it was working properly but it was not. Running the shower made the room a few degrees warmer.

Предлагается фруктовая тарелка, свежевыжатый апельсиновый сок и одно из горячих блуд на выбор. Ну и кофе, чай Кровать удобная,, Уборка ежедневная. Номер большой и комфортный

Понравилось: Beautiful vast beach All of the a la carte restaurants were very good! We hardly ate at the buffet. The bed was too firm but the three shower heads were amazing. Air worked well andwe had an amazing view. We stayed in the premier oceanfront room There were people working constantly to keep things nice ams clean. The service was top notch. All of the servers and lifeguards were extremely friendly and helpful. Не понравилось: Not enough palapas for shade. They have an amazing beach with plenty of room for more chairs and palapas. I didn’t like having to get up at 7 to reserve a chair everyday. And we never got a palapa.

Понравилось: The location, service, amenities, facilities, and the beach were fantastic. Не понравилось: Too much food and drink. Also, for a first class hotel it should have had a removable shower head or bidet.

Понравилось: - Amazing staff. - Highest standards of cleanliness both indoors (rooms, restaurants, and common areas) and outdoors (beach, lounge chairs, pools, cabanas). - Excellent grounds keeping. Не понравилось: - The building and rooms in the “select” level is dated. - The tubs, showers, bathrooms, bedrooms, drapery, carpet was worn out and require replacement. We chose to pay the upgrade and move to the new “Coral level” building after 1 night. A la carte restaurants served good food, not excellent and the ambience in all of them was poor as they were noisy, poor attendance to dress code, too many kids, staff seemed overwhelmed at times. - Very poor communication of activities, details about them, mainly oriented to children. - Need better web page.

Понравилось: The hotel is located within the Princess resort which has other beautiful hotels and most importantly security guard at entrance. Meals included a buffet at the Yucatan Restaurant regardless of time. They served breakfast, lunch, dinner & snack buffets and there are no "long pants" required for men. Then if you choose for dinner there are other restaurant options where you dress up & enjoy fancier setting & meal. The hibachi restaurant requires a reservation. The room has beautiful marble tile throughout & the largest shower I've ever seen (2 large rainfall showerheads & 1 manual showerhead). Very comfortable, room was cleaned daily, & towels were changed. Staff was always seen cleaning throughout the hotel. Room was cleaned daily. Не понравилось: The wifi can be improved, however, there is a paid option that may be better than the free one. Also check-in should include an explanation of amenities, & tour of resort. We felt a little lost at first.

Понравилось: I absolutely love this resort and find it better than any other I have stayed. for the money this is the best! Не понравилось: Desserts a different from the US. I get that US uses too much sugar, and chocolate desserts are different. BUT they cater to a huge percentage of their guests are US citizens. I think they could do better at desserts.

the hotel is located in a perfect beach. although, you may think all around the beach is the same, it is not. we walked a bit and other hotels had a beach that was somehow cut off or not clear. we ordered room service as well as at the restaurants. the food was good, as in you would not get tired of eating it, you would mostly enjoy it. the bed was surprisingly comfortable. My husband and I dont sleep well in other beds, but our bed at the hotel was great! we slept just as we do at home. we had a room with a view to the street, which is not ideal, but we got it at a great price. all super clean

Понравилось: Переехали из Kantenah в первый же день в White Sands (на территории 4 отеля, один из них - adults only - но потрясающий, уровень гораздо выше по всем параметрам, ремонт шикарный )White Sands - отель, где можно отдыхать с детьми, обновленный ремонт, больше приватности, хорошие рестораны. Другие 2 отеля подуставшие. Огромная территория, есть где погулять, что важно, потому как вы не в Канкуне и, выйдя из отеля, вы попадаете на шоссе. В целом довольны, потому что изначально ожидали худшего, есть с чем сравнить, но если и были недочеты, мы старались не обращать на них внимания. Не понравилось: Пляж: протяженный, но те, кто выбирают отель ради пляжа, вряд ли останутся довольны. Не знаю, почему никто об этом не пишет. Наверно не видели реально крутых пляжей. Так вот есть небольшой отрезок пляжа ближе к отелю Colonial, где вы можете беспрепятственно войти в воду по песочку, периодически наступая на камни. Вся остальная зона каменистая, о чем предупреждают таблички на пляже. И там не просто камни, а булыжники, поэтому зайти в воду без аквашузов практически невозможно.А для ребенка так тем более. В общем это все отбивает охоту идти купаться. После нескольких дней расстройств из-за пляжа (в Канкуне, например, был восхитительный пляж), мы решили все-таки пойти к бассейну. На удивление около огромного бассейна почти не было людей, что сложно представить. Оказалось, что там вода просто ледяная. Иногда можно было увидеть пару взрослых компаний, которые после нескольких коктейлей чувствовали себя комфортно, но с ребенком в этом бассейне плавать невозможно. Бассейн без подогрева. На нашу жалобу последовал ответ: "Вы не единственные, кто нам сказал об этом, мы попытаемся что-нибудь сделать". Но все осталось без изменений. И это касается всех бассейнов, куда разрешено с детьми. Что странно- бассейны, которые предусмотрены для взрослых, - с подогревом.

You could see the staff constantly cleaning and in general the resort was very clean and well taken care of All the staff were very friendly and polite and every staff you passed by would greet you with a smile Не понравилось: Liked everything 👍🏼

Понравилось: I absolutely loved my stay at Nizuc; the service was excellent and there were great food options as well. Beautifully manicured grounds and filtered water available throughout the property. Не понравилось: The property had filtered water readily available. However instead of promoting this, they really pushed the purchase of bottled water and I always had to specifically request filtered water. Given that they have treated their water to be safe to drink, I really wish they would focus on this more for the sake of the earth rather than promoting bottled water for their bottom line.
