Понравилось: This was our second time at XCaret and we were super happy for the second time! We are very likely coming back for 3rd and 4th time and so on :) We love this place. The Hotel is built in the middle of jungles and those jungles are kept untouched(with exception for the areas where building were built). Kids room is amazing. Our 5 years old loved it! There was never the case when she didn't want to go to kids room. Every time we asked her she was always excited to go there. The whole resort is still under construction, meaning that some portions of it are completely done, but there are part of resort that are still building up. So you may hear construction noise here and there. We were not annoyed by construction noise at all. Plus, they say that construction scheduled to be finished by summer 2021. Beaches are great. They have both natural beaches and man-made beaches. Man-made beaches are great for little kids as there are no waves or anything like that and it is very safe for little once to swim. There are also tons of lifeguards everywhere who watch you and ready to help all the times. The only minor cons note that I have about natural beach that they have is that they ALWAYS have red flag up. Even when it was completely quiet, no wind and no waves at all, the red flag was up. They also won't let you swim far enough to check out fish and corals. So if you're snorkel type of a person, you probably won't be able to do it in a hotel, but there are plenty other places that you can snorkel while being at resort: XCaret part and Xel-Ha have good options, let alone Xenotes is itself is a great snorkel experience. The food in restaurants is simply amazing! Make sure to do your reservation IN ADVANCE. Once you there, everything will be booked 1.5 in future. So unless you there for 2+ weeks you may miss out on your opportunity to check out their delightful restaurants that require reservations. Room service is amazing. Не понравилось: One little caveat: my wife had some upset stomach during our stay and I went to ask for assistance at medical service that they have. There was pretty unfriendly doctor who said right away that consultation will cost 100$ and there is nothing wrong with food at hotel and it is something wrong with my wife cause no one else has any complaints. Imho, this is a bit unprofessional. He could've said the same thing in a more friendly way. I end up just buy pills in on-site store and that helped out my wife.

Понравилось: Beyond all expectations of an all inclusive resort destination! I am blown away by my families experience here!! We went for 10 days and every day was another amazing adventure. The staff is so kind and hard working, their response to my thank yous were “its my pleasure” … honestly unbelievable experience in every way! Rooms are up to date, clean and very well laid out with a view from any location. Не понравилось: Are you kidding?!?! Everything was AMAZING!!!

Понравилось: everythimng we cannot wait to go back , we feelt like royality , the room was big and beautifull, the food , drink ansd service was fantastic , the hotel it self was big and full of adventure worth every penny cant wait to go back Не понравилось: the only thing that we didnt like was due to virus some restaurants and parks were closed but not hotels fault
