Понравилось: Great hotel, excellent beach, highly recommend the spa, restaurant food is great particularly Asian and Italian restaurants. Service is fantastic. Rooms were spacious, room service was attending multiple times per day. They use many name-brand alcohol, not top shelf but they are decent. Не понравилось: Transportation from the airport is generally pricier - no uber in Cancun at this time 2019. They pressure you to join their ultimate vacations program which is expensive and a little shady, I would say just avoid it or say no when they give you an offer for a presentation. The resort credit was worthless - they say 200 dollars but won't let you use it all at once - limit 40 dollars for spa, 10 dollars for a bottle of wine, it is more like a coupon booklet than credit. Even though it's an all inclusive that specializes in wine, the reds were a stock cabernet sauvignon and merlot, the real selection of wine costs extra for bottles and is not included. The food on the beach/ pool area is mostly fast-food selections and chips/ guac, similar with the room service food, the decent food is in the restaurants.

Понравилось: Идеальный отель! При его выборе не сомневались, что проведем отпуск превосходно (в рейтинге Tripadvisor занимает 4 место из 179). Приветливый и отзывчивый сервис во всем! Отличные бассейны и море(со всегда свободными лежаками). На маленькой территории отеля удобно размещаются разнообразные рестораны дизайнерской кухни. Нет детей. Серьезная охрана. Можно бесконечно писать про достоинства отеля! Могу сказать только одно: если еще раз поеду на Канкун, то только в этот отель! Не понравилось: Почти нет! Навязывание платных вин за ужином(от которых можно отказаться).

Any issue or problem we ran into was resolved at the drop of a hat. It was a lovely stay & they are so accommodating. Bring conditioner. Everything was spotless always & always smelled so good. We were welcomed with champagne and the top notch service continued our entire stay. A class service here.

Понравилось: Amazing staff and fantastic service. Loved the hotel and variety of restaurants. Great entertainment to. Не понравилось: You can’t book the restaurants so at peak times could have an hour or so to wait.
