Located directly on the beach with multiple pools. In the Riviera Nayarit hotel zone where there is additional security. The best food we have had at a Mexican All-inclusive. Many options and everything was a cut above other hotels. Comfortable beds, great views from the ocean-view rooms. You can hear the waves from the room. Generally clean. This not a brand new hotel, so a few scratches, etc. Lots of staff available with minimal waits. Pool beverage services was quick.

The fabulous hotel was beautifully designed, with an excellent location in the middle of a crescent shaped beach. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. The room was large and comfortable.

Очень вкусные фрукты, разнообразие мяса и морепродуктов (лосось, осень вкусная белая рыба в вине не знаю название, мидии, кальмары, крабы) Очень хороший номер с выходом на террасу и с лежаками. Все очень понравилось Все было чисто, уборка ежедневно + пополнение бара Встретитили, заселили была небольшая очередь. Отдельный плюс это кофейни Coffee & Me, и Coffee & You - очень вкусное кофе и разнообразное. Доя детей есть милкшейки с мороженым. В холодильнике лежат упакованные сендвичи, отдаешь их персоналу кофейни и они тебе его подогревают! Очень странно почему у такого хорошего отеля низкие оценки на Букинге. Готовились к худшему но все было прекрасно, хочется вернуться в этот отель. Персонал очень отзывчивый, доброжелательный.

Понравилось: Отель расположен у моря. Рядом - парк развлечений Xcaret. Номер просторный, чистая ванная комната, хороший душ. Удобная кровать. Есть кондиционер, сейф, минибар. Огромная территория отеля, частично в джунглях, часть у моря. Не понравилось: Маски проверяли только для вида при входе (далее они были не нужны), но зато без них вообще не пускали...

Понравилось: Cleanliness, kindness of hotel employees. Good food and good variety. Не понравилось: Smoking, especially around the pool area is awkward. There's lots of children at the pool area, but no clear signs for no smoking and no supervision. Unfortunately there are still people who disregards passive smoking as a health hazard.

Понравилось: The service was excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful. Especially Antonio and the consiergie manager. The first room we had did not have wifi so we were moved to another room with wifi. Very nice room!!!! Everything was very clean. Room was made up very good. Staff was very polite and helpful. Had an excellent time, Не понравилось: The first room had no wifi access and the beer in the fridge was warm for the first 24 hours. I was charged room service to get cold beer on day 1 but everything was excellent after that.

Понравилось: Wow, don't know where to start. When my wife/I first got there we met 6 different couples who stated this was their third(3rd) time over a year staying at this property. My wife looked at me & asked, 'Why would you do that?' After five(5) days, I know why, this is very clean/nice place to come just to relax, which is what we were looking for. Highly recommend, if you simply want to 'chill'. As far as food, excellent, however IF you are looking for a Five(5) Star Restaurant food, it is not, however IF you are looking for variety of different foods in a Three(3) to some meals a Four(4) star, this is where you want to be. Across the board from drinks, food, clean rooms, & staff. Excellent. Can't say enough & will definitely be back. Не понравилось: The only issue I had, which really did not an issue was access to internet. You could get access in the lobby only. The other is access to TV Channels which was limited, however to be honest we did not stay in the room that much. Too much to do on property.

Omg! I can’t say enough, everything was sooooo smooth and the hotel is amazing! The view from my room was breathtaking, we even got two complementary alcohol drinks from the bar by the pool/beach. The bathroom was super nice, the bed extremely comfortable, I mean, there was nothing I can complaint about. I’d love it!

лучший отель для взрослого отдыха, если вы едете не за природой, а повеселиться. Здесь нет лазурного океана, живописной территории. Зато есть очень комфортные номера, вкусная еда, крутые вечеринки! А за природой -можно и на экскурсию съездить.

Понравилось: The hotel is located on the stretch of beach considered to be the best beach in Cancun, Playa Delfines. Great views, great beach. The cleaning staff does a great job throughout the hotel, very clean facility. Great staff, very nice, everyone says hello when you encounter them. I requested a new iron because the one in the room stopped working, a few hours later I came back to the room and there was a brand new iron there. Не понравилось: There could be more signs to direct you on the grounds seeing as there are two shared resorts and dinner options that stay open later and don't require reservations would be nice.

Понравилось: Отличное месторасположение отеля, где можно выбрать спокойную воду либо пойти на большие волны. Большое количество очень качественных ресторанов и баров разной кухни. Разного рода развлечения для всех возрастов. Не понравилось: Сильно огорчил случай, когда заболела жена и нам потребовался тонометр для измерения давления. В ответ на просьбу нам сообщили, что Вам необходимо будет заплатить вместе с тонометром и за врача $125(!!!) долларов. Пришлось найти медицинский пункт недалеко от отеля, где жене провели полный комплекс процедур всего за $10.
