Hotel Xcaret Arte, an adults-only (16+) all-inclusive resort in Riviera Maya near Playa del Carmen, opened on July 1, 2021. The resort features 900 suites uniquely decorated with handcrafted Mexican décor and organic amenities. Guests have access to five exclusive workshops: dancing, pottery, weaving, painting, and vegan cuisine. The all-inclusive experience includes unlimited access to nine parks and tours in Cancun and the Riviera Maya, with airport transfers and transport to the parks included.
The property offers 10 restaurants, 2 coffee shops/cafes, 12 bars/lounges, and 3 swim-up bars. A complimentary buffet breakfast is served daily. Понравилось: The staff was very nice.

Не понравилось: The adult beverages were bad. The canned beers were not cold. The mixed drinks had little to no alcohol. We ordered extra shots to add to drinks which were watered down. We believe all alcohol was watered down and put into bottles.

Also, 90 minute wait for room service. 

AC did not cool the room. We were told by the staff that it was working properly but it was not. Running the shower made the room a few degrees warmer.
