Понравилось: Convenient to Disney Springs. Tub was clogged and AC wasn't cold enough. Both were fixed within an hour of requesting maintenance. Не понравилось: The resort fees are a bit steep, in my opinion. And the front desk staff is not callibrated at all regarding hotel policies. The other guest staying with me was left a key at the front desk. The employee who made the key up for him did not tell me he needed to be formally added to the account, despite looking at my reservation online, but allowed me to leave a key for him. When he arrived, different staff was there and would not give him the envelope WITH HIS NAME ON IT. So he had to be escorted to the room to be let in. They also are unclear about having things shipped to the hotel. I was informed about the $10 fee to hold items. However, I was given multiple different pieces of information about when/how to expect my package. First I was told that it was not delivered to the hotel and they have a person pick up packages every morning. Then I was told pick up only occurred Monday, Wednesday, Friday. This was infuriating when I expected packages to be available the day they arrived.

Понравилось: Having stayed in this hotel once before for a short Disney trip, we very much prefer being SO close to Disney Springs. This trip in particular surprised me by offering an INCLUDED shuttle service to & from the parks!!! This was a MAJOR plus for us and save us some extra $$$ on Uber/Lyft. Hotel service was fantastic. Не понравилось: Our room did seem to have a lot of gnats that congregated in our bathroom sink? Didn't bother us much as we were in & out to shower & sleep. Notified hotel staff and they said they would look into it immediately.
