Loved the location of the hotel. There were many stores and restaurants located with a walking distance. To Uber to places around Miami costed us very cheap. We stayed in a room with two queen size beds. I was impressed at how often the bathrooms would be cleaned. Literally everyday there would be someone handing us new towels and necessities (shampoo, conditioner, soap, toilet rolls and tissues. A/C worked well. I especially loved the google chrome cast option- you were able to connect your phone to the TV and watch or play music on it. Our bath tub was a jacuzzi, very relaxing. There was an Iron board with an iron- found that to be very useful. There was a microwave, fridge and hair dryer. I can go on, but you need to see it for yourself! Hotel was spotless. I was surprised to see how often they clean the place. Due to covid, the staff only cleaned the garbage bins, in the rooms, that did not bother us. They would supply more shampoo, conditioner and soap. And of course, they would take the used towels and replace them with new ones. Loved the staff. Especially Danny, at the front desk, he was very polite and helpful! In general I was very pleased with the staff and hotel. We booked it very last minute, not expecting such a lovely resort with a warm pool and a peaceful private beach.
