Понравилось: We were offered an upgrade to the penthouse suite for €25 per night, which we accepted. The panoramic views of Palma were great and we had the entire floor to ourselves. It was a bit indulgent for a 2-night stay as the space included dining and lounge areas which we didn’t use. The bed was large and very comfortable - the bed linen was spotlessly clean and very smooth/soft. The reception team were all very friendly and offered suggestions for restaurants etc, and were able deal with our air conditioning problem. The location was ideal for catching the tourist train to Sóller and the metro to other parts of Mallorca as the hotel was rightnext to the station. Also not bad for exploring Palma itself- a pleasant walk south through the winding streets. Не понравилось: The shower had low pressure resulting in the main spray head not functioning properly. We pointed this out to reception. We also had great difficulty with the air conditioning. Although we had ‘independent’ controllers in the suite, the temperature seemed to be regulated elsewhere and we suffered with 27° during the night making it difficult to sleep. Again, we related this to reception but the solution was a little late for us on our second night.
