Понравилось: Location is great - right the middle of downtown. Не понравилось: I stayed at this hotel three or four times before covid and thought it was the best place taking into account money and quality in Kyoto. But this time the hotel disappointed me. Cleaning the room every three days is not enough. I can make the bed or hang up the towel myself, but the trash needs to be taken out more often. If the hotel put a coffee maker in the room, they should put at least one small bottle of water per day, not two small bottles for 9 days. The reception always helps to order a taxi in all hotels, and this hotel was the same. Now the reception suggests going outside to look for a car, because they can’t help. I am disappointed. Next time I visit Kyoto I will take another hotel.
