Понравилось: The location and Chez Chez Bon bakery at the lobby level had great coffee and deserts. Не понравилось: Overcrowded for the size of the guest areas, and the nickle-and-diming by operations. There was no coffee maker, complementary water bottle or refrigerator in the room for left-overs. These are items one gets at a cheap Holiday Inn. The room had a bunch of overpriced snacks -- 4 oz of M&Ms for $10 or a water for $10. When you are paying good money for a room you expect ownership/management to operate with more class.
